When I am not working I love spending time with my family, reading and working out. Michal and I have been married for over 20 years and have two amazing daughters.
Giving back to the community is something myself and the team are committed to and is a hallmark of who we are and what we stand for. We support a variety of organizations both financially as well as with Volunteer hours. In 2018 my wife Michal and I founded ” Castle Real Estate Academy” a paid internship program designed to support youth at risk including those aging out of the foster care system by teaching them sales, leadership and entrepreneurship and giving them exposure to the many career opportunities in the Real Estate Field.

I am a third generation Arizona Realtor, following in the footsteps of my parents and grandparents. For the past twenty years, I have worked in numerous areas of Real Estate from managing a team, running an office to heading a Relocation Department. My experience and dedication to my clients makes me an ideal fit to manage our team as well as handling the PR and marketing for our group. Additionally, my experience in relocation helps me provide our clients that are moving in and out of the state with a seamless transition.
I love how it feels to buy and sell homes and I want to make that process as enjoyable as possible for my clients. I am a youth mentor and I have developed a non-profit. I enjoy being a part of my community and I have coached football at both Scottsdale Christian Academy and Notre Dame Prep since 2006. I have also worked extensively in sales. I’ve been married since 2010 and have two wonderful kids.
Originally from upstate New York, I started my real estate career in Tucson, AZ in 2015. I began working for a top producing team as their Marketing Director and Listing Manager helping them sell over 100 homes before pursuing my role as an agent in Phoenix. My passion for helping people is what motivates me most, both inside and outside of my career and keeps me striving for the greatest level of client service throughout the entire buying and/or selling process.

I have an extensive background in sales and negotiations; I previously worked in medical device sales with an emphasis on contract negotiations. I also spent ten years in the military managing hundreds of enlisted personnel training and maintaining quality control. My prior experiences have made me an exceptional agent with strong negotiation skills and a great work ethic.
